I am always looking for a good eyeliner, it is the staple in every beauty junkies makeup bag I know i cant go without it! So when I received a sample from JOE cosmetics I went for the plunge. At first I thought really how good can this be it's only 6.00 dollars, so I put it to the test. I wore it on a warmish day, and by then end of the day it was still on, didn't smudge or budge! To add to that even beginners can get a hang of putting on the eyeliner with its felt tip application it's so easy, not to mention the color it's like black ink!
So I suggest all you ladies to head on down to JOE grab an eyeliner for $6.00 bucks! In the end you win, you get a great product for pretty much half of what you would pay with competitors!
