Ok so I love me some B but what in the heck was she thinking to slap on this Gypsy hat with this outfit! I can only assume she must have been hiding an unfinished hair do that made her put on that ridiculous hat!

She may want to take a page out of Rihanna's style book on this one,rocking a Beanie hat would have been a wiser choice!
