A New Excercise that may Help in Shedding Those Stubborn Holiday Pounds!
Ladies its that time of the year again it's time to get back on board with our exercise routines. Most of us have indulged, in the oh so good holiday goodies, but reality has set in and some of us may have tipped the scale a bit!
So what do we do? We go to the gym do the same routines and wait for results. I don't know about all of your but I get bored very easily with my workouts. Which is why I'm always looking for the next "it" activity I can do to jump start my workout routine!
So I thought I would share with you all my "it" activity of the year HOT YOGA!
It's a great workout where you perform yoga in a room that is 37 Celsius. This workout is great for weight loss,toning and to relieve stress.
Now Yoga studios tend to be a bit expensive, so if your pockets are not that deep they have Karma nights every Friday for 5 BUCKS!
